There is no need install or maintain new hardware or software. 

Implementation and Training

Implementation and training are provided and require a minimal investment of your time.  Most companies and users can realize OnTrak's value and benefits in two to three days.

Standard Services

Our standard services include a 2 day on-site visit for:

• Implementation and system configuration of the application and your OnTrak website.

• End-user training of the graphics department and sales representatives. 

• Plus a number of off-site days for the analyis and integration of customer data which is delivered remotely from Cincinnati, Ohio.

• All these services are included in a one-time implemention charge per location. 

OnTrak provides project management guidance as well as a phased approach for implementing organizations with multiple locations and a large number of end-users.
