President and CEO
Mark Fullerton is the chief executive officer and president for OnTrak Software. He leads the day to day business operations of the company. This includes financial management, product development and customer service and support for OnTrak’s POS Tracking, Line Cleaning and Tap Handle Survey software solutions.
Mark has over 30 years experience as an independent consultant, software developer and entrepreneur. He launched OnTrak Software in 2007, after several large beer distributors subscribed to the company's first product, SignTrak. OnTrak Software has grown substantially since 2007, now providing Marketing at-Retail software solutions to many US alcohol beverage distributors, several of them in Beverage World's Top 25 Wholesalers.
Previously, in 1985, Mark founded and ran a successful national technology services consulting firm, Information Alternatives, Inc., (IAI), serving primarily Fortune 1000 firms. For the past 25 years IAI consulted with hundreds of distributors and manufacturers and leveraged this experience to develop SignTrak in 2005.
Mark is a Certified Computer Professional (CCP) and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Miami University.

Executive Vice President
Denis Clark is the Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development for OnTrak Software. He leads the sales, marketing and business development functions of the Company. This includes managing sales operations, go-to-market strategies, marketing communications and business partner development for OnTrak’s POS Tracking, line cleaning and tap handle survey software solutions.
Denis has over 40 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in information systems, enterprise software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), electronic commerce, and Internet services companies. He has extensive experience in building, leading and operating sales and marketing organizations in both early-stage businesses, as well as industrial-strength corporations.
Previously, Denis worked in three entrepreneurial ventures with a focus on software and services – Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, Stampede Technologies and Xdrive.com. As a senior executive he built new sales and marketing organizations that achieved the business plan objectives. Denis was also a senior sales and marketing executive with three software companies: Candle Corporation, Sterling Commerce and the IBM Corporation. He led sales and marketing for IBM’s Software Group, achieving over $1 billion in revenue.
He earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Dayton.

Product Manager and CTO
Rick Flagg is the Product Development Manager and Chief Technology Officer for OnTrak Software. Rick leads the technical team responsible for all product development activities, hosting services, customer implementations and technical support. This includes setting the functional direction for OnTrak’s POS Tracking, line cleaning and tap handle survey software solutions, as well as end-user configuration and training activities.
Rick has a wide range of information systems experience including management of corporate IT departments, and custom application development consulting. His entrepreneurial drive caused the creation of a boutique customer development consulting organization during the dot com explosion of the late 1990’s. He has experience designing and creating workgroup applications as well as enterprise-level systems.
Some of the companies where Rick has worked and consulted include: Chrysler Corporation, Valvoline, Senco Products Inc., Great American Insurance Company, American Modern Insurance Company and Aurora Casket Company. Accomplishments and awards received at these ventures include: leading the first IBM/Lotus Premium Business Partner in Greater Cincinnati, and Tech Target’s “Web Developer of the Year”.
He earned a BS in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

Director of Sales and Marketing
Todd Grote is the Director of Sales and Marketing for OnTrak Software. His role includes leading direct sales outreach, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives for the company.
Todd started working with OnTrak as a sales and business development consultant in 2014. He joined the company in a full-time role in 2016. Prior to joining OnTrak, Todd was the founder and principal with Maxel Partners, a boutique consulting firm, specializing in providing sales, marketing and business development support for organizations throughout the US. He has led revenue generation efforts for a client base that ranged from early-stage startups to well-established companies and institutions.
He earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Evansville (IN).
