Cincinnati, Ohio — September 23, 2015 — OnTrak Software today announced it released significant enhancements to SignTrak®, its flagship solution that manages a wholesaler’s temporary, custom point-of-sale (POS) signage process from order to production and placement.
SignTrak's Order Entry App now offers offline capabilities, enabling sales reps with Apple and Android devices to initiate the sign request process even when no Wi-Fi signal is available. This answers the frequent need for wholesalers to instantly begin a sign request while on-site at multiple retail locations where Wi-Fi may be inconsistently available, inconvenient or unsecure.
Additionally, the SignTrak mobile app processes the ordering and tracking of signs at a much faster pace due to all code residing on the rep's remote device; and there is no need to wait for instructions from the server sent via the Internet. Data will automatically sync with SignTrak when a trusted Wi-Fi signal is available.
